Arc Fourteen

For founders with an idea and a deadline · Fixed price · No equity

Your app.In production.In 14 days.

Not a prototype. Not a Figma file. A deployed product with auth, payments, tests and monitoring. Think of it as a technical co-founder you don't give equity to: a senior engineer who uses AI to move fast, explains every decision in plain English, and owns the result.

  • Fixed price, agreed upfront
  • You own 100% of the code
  • Live preview from day 3

In every build

  • Secure auth & roles
  • Real database design
  • Payments that reconcile
  • Automated tests
  • CI/CD pipeline
  • Monitoring & alerts
  • Backups & recovery
  • Clean, documented code

You have the idea and the budget. What's missing is an engineer you can trust.

  • 01

Your AI-built app works in the demo, then breaks with real users

Leaky auth, no tests, a database that falls over, and nobody who understands the code well enough to fix it.

  • 02

Agencies quote months and a team you don't need

Project managers, account managers, weekly status decks, and your launch window closes while they plan.

  • 03

Hourly freelancers turn your budget into a meter

Open-ended estimates, slow replies, and no one accountable for the thing actually going live.

Fixed scope · Fixed price · No hourly billing

Pick the outcome you need.

How a sprint runs

You always know where it stands.

  1. Day 0

    Scoping call

20 minutes on what 'done' means. You get a written scope and a fixed price within 24 hours.

  2. Day 1

    Kickoff

50% deposit, repo in your GitHub, architecture and data model signed off.

  3. Days 2–12

    Daily builds

A live preview link from day 3 and a short Loom every evening. Click it, comment, steer.

  4. Days 13–14

    Harden & launch

Security pass, tests, production deploy, handover call. Then 30 days of fixes on me.

The difference

AI writes the code fast. I make sure it survives contact with customers.

  • Secure auth & roles

    Sessions, permissions, rate limits

  • Real database design

    Postgres, migrations, indexes

  • Payments that reconcile

    Stripe, webhooks, receipts

  • Automated tests

On every flow that makes money

  • CI/CD pipeline

    Push to deploy, safely

  • Monitoring & alerts

You hear about errors before users do

  • Backups & recovery

    Tested, not assumed

  • Clean, documented code

Any engineer can pick it up

Why Arc Fourteen.

  • Works on your clock

Async-first, with live overlap for teams in the US, UK and EU. Daily updates, and calls that fit your calendar.

  • Talk to the person writing the code

No account managers, no hand-offs. Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js and SQL: one senior engineer, end to end.

  • AI-native, engineer-led

Frontier AI tools do the typing. Senior engineering judgement does the reviewing. You get the speed without the mess.

Straight answers.

How can a real product be ready in 14 days?

A tight, written scope, a proven stack, and AI tools that remove most of the typing. The time saved goes into testing and hardening, not into meetings.

How will I know what's happening during the build?

You get a plain-English plan before anything is built, a live link you can click from day 3, and a short video update every evening. No jargon, no black box.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. It lives in your GitHub and runs on your cloud accounts.

What if my scope changes mid-sprint?

Small changes are absorbed. Bigger ones get swapped for something of equal size, or quoted as a follow-up, never billed by surprise.

How do payments work?

In USD. 50% to start, 50% on launch. Card or bank transfer, with a proper invoice.

What happens after launch?

30 days of bug fixes are included. After that, most clients move to the monthly retainer or book their next sprint.

Two sprint slots open each month
